A confusing and frustrating day so far...

Morning rounds: Noah still has pneumonia. They are keeping him on antibiotics. He is on full feeds and is tolerating them just fine. He is still having difficulties weening the ventilator down, so please continue prayers for his respiratory status. His abdomen is still distended and that could be causing his respiratory failure so they will be looking into that. The doctor on today, seamed concerned that this surgery didn't really do any good for him. His chest x-rays are still not improving much. This could be due to a leak is his breathing tube. We don't really know if he will be ready for extubation tomorrow.
I really feel mentally and emotionally and spiritually exhausted. Noah should be learning new "baby things" and learning how to crawl, and play freely. I am so upset. Today I have a million questions running through my mind... not necessarily for the doctors either. Today is just not a good day for me.

Debi sweet Debi......the sadness you feel breaks my heart! We are all praying so much and only you and Aaron really truly know how hard it is what you are going through! And God. Hang on SO tight to Jesus.....satan is trying SO hard.....we are ALL fighting him along with you, know that! The Holy Spirit is interceding on your behalf...PRAY ALOT and for many different people and things. Know God's Word and speak it over your lives and to get satan as far from there as possible!!!!! Always praying. Love you!!

Debi, know that God is with you and He will strengthen you when you get faint, He will up hold you in His mighty hand, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. He loves you and Noah and all your family so much. I will bombard heavens gates with petions on Noahs behalf. When you are with Noah, speak words of healing over his little body, call that which is not,as though it is. Claim Gods word on over him. Claim him as Gods property and satan has no dominion over him. And when you get weak hang on to Jesus, because you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. God Bless you.

The LORD your God is with you,
he is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing.

Zephaniah 3:17

Tough days are bound to come. It's so hard to wait for things to get better. As you wait, picture God standing over you, rejoicing and singing and quieting you with His love.

In Prayer, Karina
